Dunearn Lodge
Dunearn Lodge is let with the 3 rod Dunearn Beat. Beautifully located overlooking open moorland and native woods, the lodge is spacious, secluded, yet easy to locate just off the B9007 road from Carrbridge to Ferness.
Accommodation
This attractive Victorian shooting lodge is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The ground floor contains a front hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen & scullery, 3 twin bedrooms (2 with wash hand basins) and 2 bath/shower rooms. The ground floor can be let by itself, however if extra accommodation is required then the first floor can be included and this provides a twin bedroom and 2 adjoining single bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. A maximum of 10 people may stay in the lodge at any one time.
Services
The kitchen is equipped with gas and electric cookers, a microwave oven, larder fridge and a dishwasher, while the scullery also has a fridge, freezer, and a washing machine. The lodge has off peak heating and firewood is supplied for the open fire and wood burning stove. The sitting room has a TV. WiFi available via satellite broadband.
Single bedsit accommodation adjoining the lodge is available for a cook/chef.
Linen and towels are provided. On the ground floor there are 6 sets and with 1st floor included a total of 10 sets. Basics for the bathrooms and kitchen are also supplied.
Extra sets of linen may be available during the week for a charge of £10 per set.
